reserves the right to accept or reject any and all
orders, regardless of the manner in which the order is
made.
WARRANTIES
AND LIABILITY STATEMENT: Seller’s
and manufacturers only obligation shall be to replace
such quantity of the product proven to be defective.
Neither seller nor manufacturer shall be liable for any
injury, loss or damage, direct or consequential, arising
out of the use of or the inability to use the product.
Before using, user shall determine the suitability of
the product for his intended use, and user assumes all
risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith.
Therefore,
the buyer should make a careful analysis of the use for
which these products are purchased. It will be the
buyer’s responsibility to determine whether these
products will adequately protect the wearer in the
environment in which they are to be
used.
We cannot
anticipate all conditions under which this information
and our products, or the products of other manufacturers
in combination with our products, may be used. Users are
advised to test product to determine the safety and
suitability of each such product or products combination
for their own safety purposes. Statements or
recommendations contained herein shall have no
force or effect unless in an agreement signed by
officers of seller and manufacturer.

patent pending status all applicable rights are
reserved.

Back Order: Orders not received
within the 20 days of the order placement will be
considered as a back ordered item by the customer.
Customers are advised that back ordered items will
be shipped once the item is available unless the order
is canceled within the allowed cancellation
period.
Cancellation: Unless customer
notify UnderCoverComfort and or its
distributor writing within 30 days to cancel
order, UnderCoverComfort® and or its
distributors will process order and ship to customer the
order item once it becomes available. If
canceled after the 30 day period UnderCoverComfort® will waive the 35
percent restocking/cancellation fee,
thereafter a cancellation fee will apply.
Returns: All returns must be authorized, customer must return unwanted
items within 5 days
from the date of delivery by our carrier un-used in the
same manner to which item was received. All related
return cost and or fees will be absorb by the customer
unless noted otherwise by UnderCoverComfort® in writing. UnderCoverComfort® reserve the right to charge up to a 35
percent restocking fee for all return items, unless the
return is due to an error by UnderCoverComfort® and or its distributors.
Identifiable Law Enforcement Items:
UnderCoverComfort® restricts
the sale of selected products such as, but not limited
to, embroidered apparel, with name plates, insignia,
emblems, that identify the wearer as a member
of any law enforcement agency. Law Enforcement
identifiable orders must be submitted on department
letterhead, and with a copy of official identification.
Please contact us for more details. When you
place an order for products that are subject to any
legal restrictions, you warrant to us that you are
authorized to make such purchase, and you are in
compliance with all local, state and federal laws
concerning same. UnderCoverComfort® may verify employment of any person
ordering such items. We apologize for any inconvenience

International Orders: The United
States Government restricts the sale of certain products
to international destinations in which an export license
must be obtained by UnderCoverComfort® prior to order processing.
